Notice has been given that:

Parker Block Company, requests a Construction/Operation permit for the operation of a 100 Cubic Yard Per Hour Ready Mix Concrete Plant at their 30243 Millsboro Hwy., Millsboro, Sussex, Delaware facility.  The Ready Mix Concrete Plant will be permitted to emit 6.56 tpy of PM₁₀, and 4.01 tpy of PM_2.5 by Permit: APC-2020/0068-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 2, 2020.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
