Notice has been given that:
Concrete Strategies, LLC requests a Natural Minor permit to construct one (1) portable Cemco Model 275 Batch Concrete Plant (central mix), two (2) identical Cemco Inc Silos for cement and fly ash, two (2) identical Donaldson Model FS Baghouses for each silo, one (1) WAM Model HopperjetR02 Baghouse for the weigh hopper, and one (1) Donaldson Model FS baghouse for the concrete mixer, at their facility located at 801 Boxwood Road, Wilmington, New Castle County. The Concrete Plant and associated equipment will be permitted to emit 0.59 tpy of PM10 (particulate matter) by Permit# APC-2020/0066-CONSTRUCTION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 2, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
