The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

Sussex County Council of Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware, to install thirty nine thousand, three hundred and fifty four linear feet of twenty four inch  (39,354 LF of 24”) PVC forcemain and related appurtenances to convey treated effluent to County Owned fixed head sprinkler systems for disposal as well as provide connections to agricultural operations for use as reclaimed water. The forcemain will be located around spray fields between the Inland Bays Regional Wastewater Facility, at 29445 Inland Bay Road and Hollyville Road (C.R.305), Millsboro, Delaware.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before February 23, 2020.  A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
