Environmental Products & Services of Vermont, Inc. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE OH-112 which allows for the transport of other non-petroleum non-hazardous liquid wastes to be disposed of at out-of-state permitted facilities.
Wm. P. McGovern, Inc. aka McGovern Environmental LLC has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE OH-510 which allows for the transport of septage; holding tank waste; portable toilet waste; grease trap waste and/or cooking oil waste to be disposed of at the New Castle County Sewer System and out-of-state permitted facilities.
Captains Way Development, LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank Permit to serve the Captain’s Way Subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 11,442 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at the north side of SR 16, approximately 0.4 miles southeast of the intersection of SR 16 & Holly Tree Rd, Sussex County, tax parcel #2-35-13.00-0002.00.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
