Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

IPOD LLC Pier, Dock and Kayak Launch Construction (2020.0019)

The applicant is proposing to add a 4′ by 35′ pier and a 6′ by 20′ dock with a kayak launch float to an existing 28′ by 16′ platform over wetlands. The proposed project would occur in the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal on Tax Map Parcel 334-14.00-30.00, Sussex County, Delaware.
