The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:
New Castle County Department of Public Works, to construct a pump station with dual pumps and related appurtenances, to serve the southern portion of the Delaware City Industrial area. The pump station will be located at 4330 Wrangle Hill Road, New Castle, New Castle County, Delaware, approximately 0.25 miles east of the Rt. #13 and Rt. #72 intersection.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before December 8, 2019. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
