DNREC’s Remediation Section (DNREC-RS) negotiated a BDA with the Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs regarding the Kaiser Yacht Property Site located at 1122 East Seventh Street and 0 East Seventh Street in Wilmington, Delaware.  Identified by New Castle County as tax parcel numbers 26.044.00.011, and 26.044.00.031, the Site may have had a release of hazardous substances as a result of historical activities on site.  For more information about this Site, please see DNREC’s navigator at: http://www.nav.dnrec.delaware.gov/DEN3 or by contacting the DNREC-RS Project Manager, Lindsay Hall, at (302) 395-2600 or Lindsay.Hall@delaware.gov.

The public comment period begins Monday, October 21, 2019 and will close at the end of the business day (4:30 p.m.) on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. Please submit written comments to the DNREC-RS Project Manager, Lindsay Hall, 391 Lukens Drive, New Castle, DE 19720.  A copy of the BDA is available at the office of DNREC – RS or by accessing the DNREC’s site files database.  Learn more about Brownfields sites by accessing DNREC-RS’ web page at https://de.gov/brownfields.
