Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:
Webb Dock & Pier / Bulkhead / Fill / RipRap 114 Gills Neck Rd Lewes (2019.0136)
The applicant proposes activities within the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 114 Gills Neck Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE including construction of a 15 ft. x 4 ft. fixed pier and a 6 ft. x 60 ft. fixed dock with a 4-piling boat lift, placement of 35 linear feet of bulkhead to close off an artificially-excavated boat basin, placement of 275 cubic yards of backfill within the basin, and placement of 108 linear feet of stone rip-rap adjacent to the Canal.
