Notice has been given that:

Franklin Fibre-Lamitex Corporation, requests natural minor permits to construct two (2) baghouses and to install and operate one (1) cold solvent degreaser at their 903 East 13^th Street, Wilmington, Delaware facility.  The Aget Baghouse will be permitted to emit 0.07 lb/hr and 0.1428 TPY of Particulate Matter (PM) by Permit# APC-2020/0008-CONSTRUCTION, the Donaldson Torit DownFlo Baghouse will be permitted to emit 0.03 lb/hr and 0.0612 TPY of Particulate Matter (PM) by Permit# APC-2020/0010-CONSTRUCTION, and the cold solvent degreaser will be permitted by Permit# APC-2020/0011-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION.

The applications for these permits may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending September 30, 2019.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
