Notice has been given that:
Franklin Fibre-Lamitex Corporation, requests natural minor permits to construct two (2) baghouses and to install and operate one (1) cold solvent degreaser at their 903 East 13th Street, Wilmington, Delaware facility. The Aget Baghouse will be permitted to emit 0.07 lb/hr and 0.1428 TPY of Particulate Matter (PM) by Permit# APC-2020/0008-CONSTRUCTION, the Donaldson Torit DownFlo Baghouse will be permitted to emit 0.03 lb/hr and 0.0612 TPY of Particulate Matter (PM) by Permit# APC-2020/0010-CONSTRUCTION, and the cold solvent degreaser will be permitted by Permit# APC-2020/0011-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending September 30, 2019. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
