Delaware Coastal Programs Federal Consistency Determinations: Milford Hotel Property

Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

Milford Hotel Property (2019.0125)

The US Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, is proposing to provide assistance for construction of a 9,898 square foot hotel, outdoor pool, and paved parking area at 106 Silicato Parkway, Milford, Sussex County, DE.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice (08/28/2019).  Comments may be sent to:  Delaware Coastal Programs, Ms. Kimberly Cole, Administrator, 100 W.
