7 DE Admin. Code 1102 Natural Minor Permit Application: Heritage Concrete

Notice has been given that:

HMA Concrete, LLC, dba Heritage Concrete, requests a permit amendment to include a Stephens/Belgrade Model 450 Barrel/1 Compartment Silo and C & W Model CP-450-1239 Baghouse to the original construction permit application for their concrete production facility located at 1100 South Heald Street, Wilmington, New Castle County.  The concrete silo and associated baghouse will not increase permitted emissions.  Emissions for the project will remain 1.81 tpy of PM10 (particulate matter) by Permit# APC-2018/0057-CONSTRUCTION (Amendment 1).

The application for this permit may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending September 9, 2019.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
