Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Anglers Marina Reconfiguration (2019.0116)
The applicant proposes to expand Anglers Marina, located in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at the terminus of Anglers Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE, from a wet slip capacity of 36 vessels to 61 vessels by reconfiguring existing boat slips and replacing floating docks east of the marina travel lift and constructing a 10 foot by 850 foot floating dock connecting to an 8 foot by 94 foot wetland walkway west of the marina boat ramp. Additionally, 382 feet of bulkhead will be replaced.
Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice (08/11/2019).
