The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean up the John’s Body Shop Site located in Wilmington, DE.  The Site was historically operated as an automobile repair and paint shop.  The proposed remedy includes lead and asbestos abatement, removal of impacted sediment from onsite catch basins, and recording an Environmental Covenant.
