Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:
Henlopen Acres Proposed Boat Lift Removal & Dock Construction (2019.0104)
Applicants propose the removal of an existing boat lift, and construction of a new 3 foot by 4 foot walkway/pier, a 6 foot by 28 foot dock, and a 4 piling boat lift, adjacent to the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 97 Tidewater Road, Henlopen Acres, Sussex County, Delaware.
