Superior Contractor Services, Inc., requests a permit amendment to operate their jaw crusher, impact crusher, and other permitted equipment at River Asphalt 2 located at 36393 Sussex Highway, Delmar, Sussex County, Delaware.  Permitted emissions from the portable crushing equipment will remain unchanged by Permit# APC-2015/0047-OPERATION (Amendment 8).

The application for this permit may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending August 5, 2019.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
