Zack Excavating, Inc., requests a construction permit to install a 300 TPH impact crusher, screen, and conveyor. The Company is requesting to use the crusher, screen, and conveyor at the following locations: 2935 South Dupont Blvd, Smyrna, Kent County, 161 Twin Oak Drive, Cheswold, Kent County, and 18195 Dupont Hwy, Harrington, Kent County. The crusher, screen, and conveyor will be permitted to emit 0.82 TPY PM, 0.70 TPY NOx, 0.20 TPY CO, 0.003 TPY SO2, and 0.40 TPY HC (hydrocarbon) by Permit# APC-2019/0096-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 15, 2019.
