Atlantic Concrete Company Inc., requests a construction permit to install a 125 Ton Butler Storage Blimp Model LC12 at their 30548 Thorogood Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County facility.  The Butler Storage Blimp will be permitted to emit 0.0017 TPY of PM₁₀ by Permit# APC-2006/0163-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION (Amendment 03) and 0.0017 TPY of PM₁₀ by Permit# APC-2006/0026-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION (Amendment 04).

The application for this permit may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Thursday, July 15, 2019.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
