Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Blackiston Rd Poultry Operation (2019.0082)

The US Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, proposes to provide assistance for the construction of three 61ft x 600ft poultry houses with associated infrastructure, a 16ft x 32ft utility shed, a 24ft x 40ft compost building, generator shed with infrastructure, and two wells at 2682 Blackiston Rd, Clayton, Kent County, Delaware. 

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice (06/23/2019).  Comments may be sent to:  Delaware Coastal Programs, Ms. Kimberly Cole, Administrator, 100 W.
