Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

Sussex Montessori School (2019.0073)

The applicant proposes to utilize USDA assistance to construct a Montessori school on their existing property located at 24960 Dairy Lane, Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed site development includes remodeling of the existing facilities, construction of new facilities, parking lot expansion, construction of internal roads, utility improvements, entrance expansion, and the addition of stormwater best management practices.
