Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: USDA Managing Mammal Damage in Delaware (2019.0055)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Wildlife Services, proposes to implement the proposed action/no action taken alternative, as described in the environmental assessment for mammal damage management in Delaware, through an adaptive integrated approach to reduce damage and threats associated with mammals.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
