Noramco requests a construction permit to add two batch manufacturing processes at their facility located at 550 Swedes Landing Rd, in Wilmington, Delaware. Permit: APC-2018/0054-CONSTRUCTION will allow for the installation of a new 2000 gallon reactor, a process condenser and a vacuum pump. Emissions from the two processes will each be limited to 0.46 TPY of Methanol, 0.32 TPY of Acetone, 0.002 TPY of Hydrogen Chloride, 0.11 TPY of Methyl Tert-Butyl Ether, and 0.05 TPY of Isopropylamine.
The existing facility-wide emission limits for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) will remain unchanged.
