The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:
LMHT proposes to construct approximately forty-five linear feet (45 LF) of 1.5 inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and a duplex semi-positive displacement pump station to serve three (3) commercial buildings totaling just under thirty thousand (30,000) square feet located on the west side of Plantation Road approximately one thousand (1,000) feet north of the John J. Williams Highway intersection north of Rehoboth Beach in Sussex County, Delaware.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before April 10, 2019. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
