The wells are located south of St. Georges in New Castle County, near the intersection of Vance Neck Road and Rutland Ave. Tax Map Parcel Number: 13-019.32-135.
Douglas G. Hudson has requested an irrigation withdrawal allocation for one existing irrigation well. The requested daily withdrawal for the well is 576,000 gallons per day. The well is located southeast of Seaford in Sussex County, near the intersection of Bunny Ln and Concord Rd. Tax parcel 1-32-3.00-4.07.
Delaware Solid Waste Authority has requested a renewal of their industrial withdrawal allocation for two existing irrigation wells. The requested daily withdrawal for the wells is 360,000 gallons per day. The wells are located southwest of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Asketum Branch Rd and Landfill Ln. Tax parcel 2-32-9.00-19.00.
The town of Frederica has requested a renewal of their public withdrawal allocation for two existing public wells. The requested daily withdrawal for the wells is 500,000 gallons per day. The wells are located within the limits of Frederica in Kent County. Tax parcels SM08-141.06-01-27.00 and SM08-141.07-01-30.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by April 1, 2019, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
