Notice has been given that:

GeoTech, LLC, requests a permit to construct one (1) McCloskey I44V3 Concrete Crusher rated 350 horsepower with one (1) McCloskey R230 Screener rated 225 horsepower at their 1600 Newport Gap Pike, Wilmington, New Castle County facility. The Crusher with associated Screener will be permitted to emit 7.67 TPY NOx, 9.51 TPY CO, 0.44 TPY THC, 5.57 TPY PM, and 0.02 TPY SO2 by Permit: APC-2019/0052-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. Water Street, Suite 6A, Dover, Delaware or 715 Grantham Lane, New Castle, Delaware. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 11, 2019. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
