The applicant is proposing to use federal financial assistance to construct a new 28 foot by 58 foot training facility on their existing property in a commercial business park off of Airport Road in Milford, Sussex County, Delaware.  Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.  Comments may be sent to:  Delaware Coastal Programs, Ms. Kimberly Cole, Administrator, 100 W.
