Twilight Haven, LLC has applied for an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system permit. The system has been designed to accommodate 1,640 gallons per day generated by a motel. The site is located at 1648 DuPont Boulevard in Smyrna, DE, tax map # DC 19.00-01-61.00.
