Kickoff meeting of the Technical Advisory Committee for the 2024-2029 Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP).

The DNREC Division of Parks and Recreation will present an overview of the proposed process to develop the next five-year update of the Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan.

Through this 18-month process, Committee members will assist the Division in identifying current best practices for outreach, develop a survey instrument (building on previous surveys), evaluate public input and develop strategies and recommendations to implement the plan.
