A meeting of the Governors Recycling Public Advisory Council.

The Recycling Public Advisory Council advises the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), and the Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA) on all aspects of recycling.

This will be a hybrid meeting, with a virtual option and an anchor location at the DNREC offices in Dover.
