Join a public workshop to discuss proposed changes to the regulations governing Underground and Aboveground Storage Tanks.

This will be a hybrid meeting, with an in-person option at the DNREC Offices in New Castle and an online option.

The workshop will focus on proposed changes to 7 DE Admin. Code 1351, the Delaware Regulations Governing Underground Storage Tank Systems and 7 DE Admin. Code 1352, Aboveground Storage Tanks.

The Department will accept written comments postmarked (or emailed) no later than Monday, June 26, 2023.
