A meeting of the Delaware Energy Code Collaborative.

Members of the construction and code enforcement communities, and other interested parties, will discuss the draft Regulations for the State Energy Conservation Code, which adopt the 2024 IECC with zero net energy capable amendments for residential buildings and the 2024 IECC/ASHRAE 90.1-2022 with amendments for commercial and high-rise residential buildings.

The presentation of the updated energy codes will be followed by an open discussion.
