Celebrate Earth Day by joining a volunteer cleanup of Concord Pond, in Seaford.

The DNREC Division of Watershed Stewardship’s Reclaim Our River Program Nanticoke Series, in partnership with the Nanticoke Watershed Alliance and Delaware Nature Society’s Abbott’s Mill Nature Center, will host the cleanup as part of a month-long celebration of Earth Day.

Volunteers will remove trash from the park and areas near the pond and creek.

Gloves, trash bags and some trash grabbers will be provided. Participants should bring their own trash grabbers, if they have them.

This event is free, but volunteers should pre-register.
