The DuPont Nature Center sits directly next to where the Mispillion Lighthouse once stood and served as a beacon for the community for over a century.

In this one-hour presentation, the Nature Center’s Historical Intern will examine the timeline of the lighthouse, what everyday life may have looked like at the station and some interesting stories surrounding the beloved Mispillion Light.
