A meeting of the Title V Operating Permit Program Advisory Committee to finalize supporting fees to meet revenue requirements, capture agreements in draft Title V legislation, and the proposed expanded data reporting methods for the future.

The Title V Committee conducts an annual review of the program and works to propose fee schedule updates on a periodic basis for approval by the Delaware General Assembly.
