The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:
RH Orr, LLC proposes to construct a submersible sanitary sewer pump station, an emergency generator and approximately eight hundred and eighty linear feet (880 LF) of four (4) inch diameter force main to serve one hundred and thirty-three (133) townhomes in the proposed Friendship Hall subdivision. The proposed subdivision is to be located on the east side of Central Avenue about 2/3 of a mile south of Beaver Dam Road intersection and south of Ocean View in Sussex County, Delaware. The force main will be installed within Friendship Hall and discharge to an existing Sussex County manhole located just over the property line into the Forest Landing subdivision.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before June 17, 2020. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
