United Site Services of MD, aka Potty Queen, has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-415 which allows for the transport of portable toilet waste to be disposed of at the Kent County Sewer System.
Valley Proteins, Inc. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE OH-101 which allows for the transport of grease trap waste and/or cooking oil waste to be disposed of at out-of-state permitted facilities.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
