Notice has been given that:

Noramco, requests a construction permit to add a new vacuum pump to an existing chemical batch manufacturing process located at their 500 Swedes Landing Road, Wilmington facility. By permit: APC-2020/0145-CONSTRUCTION, the process will be permitted to emit 0.009 tpy of Dimethyl Carbonate, 0.002 tpy of Hydrogen Chloride, 0.1 tpy of Isopropyl Acetate, 0.27 tpy Isopropyl Alcohol and 0.01 tpy of Methanol.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 22, 2020.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
