Notice has been given that:
Cambridge Constructors requests permission to add a Sandvik QJ341 Jaw Crusher and two stacking conveyors to their existing portable non-metallic mineral processing plant located at 801 Boxwood Road, Wilmington, Delaware. Permit: 2020/0166-Construction/Operation, will limit the facility’s total hours of operation to 1760 hours, and emissions to less than 3.41 tons of PM, 2.31 tons of CO, 4.64 tons of NOx, 0.02 ton of SOx, and 0.195 ton of THC.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending May 25, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
