The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:
Dunn Development, LLC proposes to construct a submersible sanitary sewer pump station within the proposed Hickory Glen subdivision in Milford and approximately five thousand and fifty-five linear feet (5,055 LF) of six (6) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main. The proposed subdivision is located at 1335 Milford Harrington Highway (Rt. 14) and will contain two hundred and forty (240) apartments, one hundred and fifty-nine (159) townhouses and a clubhouse. Once the proposed force main leaves the subdivision, it will run west on the south side of Rt. 14 approximately two thousand one hundred linear feet (2,100 LF) to the Church Hill Road intersection.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before January 1, 2020. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
