Notice has been given that:
Patriot Ready Mixed Concrete, LLC, requests a construction permit to construct a 150 cubic yard/hour concrete batching plant with one (1) Con-E-Co Portland Cement Tower Silo equipped with one (1) Con-E-CO Model PJ-1400 dust collection system, a weigh hopper and a transit mix truck loading station powered by a 600 kW Cummins Model DQPAA Diesel fueled distributed generator at their Delaware City Logistics Center Park located at 1386 School House Road, New Castle facility. The concrete batching plant will be permitted to emit 15.06 TPY of NOx, 1.51 TPY of CO, 0.33 TPY of HC, 0.37 TPY of SO2, 3.93 TPY of PM10 and 10.33 TPY of Total PM by Permit# APC-2020/0013-CONSTRUCTION (MNSR)(NSPS).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 28, 2019. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
