Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Pelagic Longline Fishery Mgmt (2019.0106)

NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service is proposing to adjust regulatory measures put in place to manage bluefin tuna bycatch in the pelagic longline fishery for Atlantic highly migratory species (HMS). The proposed management measures address the Northeastern United States Closed Area, the Cape Hatteras Gear Restricted Area, and the Spring Gulf of Mexico Restricted Area as well as the weak hook requirement in the Gulf of Mexico.
