The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement (VCP) with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”

As required by § 9107 (a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a VCP Agreement with TBD Prop LLC regarding the Sussex Lumber Site (DE-0118) located at 33309 Kent Avenue, Bethany Beach, DE.
