This page holds the collected written comments submitted as part of the DNREC Regulatory Review process. It will also hold transcripts containing verbal comments received during the related public hearings and virtual forum, when available.

The Department has published a list of the regulations subject to review under 29 Delaware Code, Section 10407 and held three public hearings and a virtual open forum to take comments on those regulations.

Comments were also accepted through July 11, 2025, using a public comment form, by email to the DNREC Hearing Officer and via the US postal service.
