Project Description: Bayberry East-West LLC proposes to install a submersible pumping station, approximately one thousand five hundred and forty-five (1,545) feet of six (6) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, ten thousand two hundred and fifty-three feet (10,253 ft) of eight (8) inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer, 54 manholes to serve 149 single family detached and 27 single family attached units. The Pump Station is located on the southwest corner of The Grove at Bayberry. The pump station will service the subdivision of The Grove at Bayberry and eastern side of proposed Bayberry Town Center and will discharge the effluent to a proposed gravity sewer manhole in the west side of Bayberry Town Center. The force main of the pump station will cross Bayberry North Parkway and drain to a proposed manhole, located in a proposed commercial development of Bayberry Town Centre.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
