Jill and Jerry Green – To modify an existing docking facility in the Indian River at 33706 Peacock Point, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE. (Application)
DelDOT – To preform capacity improvements for northbound I-295 from the northbound I-95/I-295 diverge through the I-295/SR 141 Interchange and northbound to US 13 in New Castle County, Delaware resulting in 2,574.69 square feet of permanent tidal wetland impacts, 2,769.44 square feet of temporary tidal wetland impacts, 432.38 square feet of permanent subaqueous impacts, and 628.01 square feet of temporary subaqueous impacts. A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
