Project Description: Alan Garey has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 200 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.36 MGD, 10.8 MG per month, and 22.0 MG per year. The well will be located 2.8 miles South of Felton in Kent County.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice.
