Project Description: The City of Seaford has requested an allocation permit for one existing irrigation well with a capacity of 400 gpm. The requested allocation is 5.75 MGD, 17.0 MG per month, and 50.0 MG per year. The well is located 0.75 miles Southwest of Seaford in Sussex County.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice.
