Wetlands Permit

DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife – to replace the existing observation tower and install a new boardwalk loop including a 6 by 20 foot long portion of platform, a 7 by 70 foot long portion of boardwalk, and a 20 by 20 foot long platform located over state regulated tidal wetlands resulting in 1,106.43 square feet of permanent state regulated tidal wetland impacts, at Assawoman Wildlife Area, Mulberry Landing Road, Frankford, Sussex County, DE.

If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
