KLD Portable Toilets, dba Miss Honey Dipper has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-140 which allows for the transport of septage and portable toilet waste to be disposed of at the Kent County Sewer System.
Reybold Construction Corp. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE OH-670 which allows for the transport of other non-hazardous liquid waste (wastewater generated by cleaning storm and sanitary sewer main lines) to be disposed of at the New Castle County Sewer System.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
