Johnson’s Sewer And Drain Contractors Inc. T/A Roto-Rooter Sewer Drain Service has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-079 which allows for the transport of septage to the Sussex County Sewer System, Kent County Sewer System, City of Seaford Sewer System, Town of Laurel Sewer System, and out-of-state permitted facilities; and grease trap waste and/or cooking oil waste to be disposed of at out-of-state permitted facilities.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
